  • Digital Scans: We host your digital files for 30 days via our delivery platform. After this period, files are deleted from our active cloud storage to protect your privacy.

  • Physical Records: We keep order history records for tax and accounting purposes but do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.

  • Image Privacy: We do not view your images except for quality control during the scanning and color-correction process. Your images are never shared, published, or used for marketing without your express written consent.
